Functions when registering for a competition
Input Column | Description |

First Name | Please enter the first name of the participant. This name will be used on the start and result lists as well as on the certificates. |
Last Name | The last name of the participant will be used on the start and result lists as well as on the certificates. |
Birth Date | The age on the day of the competition is required to determine the age group. The correct age is automatically calculated from the date of birth when creating the start list. |
Title | At some events and in correspondence it may be necessary to address the participant correctly. The salutation is required for this. The possible salutations can be selected from the list. |
Gender | Typically, the disciplines are held separately by gender. In the selection list you can choose "W/F" for female and "M/M" for male. Unfortunately, the gender entry Divers is not yet supported by the IUF rules. |
Email Coach | Specifying the email address of the trainer/supervisor is helpful in the event of any queries. Typically entry fees are requested through this address. The address does not have to correspond to the act. be assigned to users. |
Team | The start numbers are assigned in alphabetical order of the club names. Starting documents are typically also compiled by club. There are already many clubs in the list to choose from. "-Without-" can be selected for non-club participants. If a club is not listed, the club name can be entered under Remarks and selected here "-ref. Remarks-". If there are other reasons for a special entry, please select "-Other-" and enter the relevant information under Comments. |

AK U11/Rating in AK13 | Participants in the U11 age group have the option of starting with a 24" bike in the U13 age group. Riders in the U11 age group should select "20"/U11" to start in the U11 class. "24"/U13" means a start in the age group U13. All other starters can select "-kA/nV-"" (no entry) here. |
800m | The current best time is required for participation in the track-based races. This information is used to determine the starting order and the composition of the races. We trust in your fairness towards the other athletes. The specification of a best time is at the same time the registration for participation in this discipline. If there is no best time, "-kA/nV-" (no entry) can be selected for participation. If participation is not desired, "-Nein/No-" must be selected. |

Relay Name | The scale designation can be chosen freely. However, we ask that you refrain from using special characters as far as possible. The squadron name must be spelled identically for the four squadron members. If the composition of the squadron has not yet been determined, the field can remain empty. |
Coasting | The individual competitions do not require a best performance. Here it is sufficient to enter "-Ja/Yes-"" for participation. If participation is not desired, this can be noted with "-Nein/No-". |

Wheel Size | The classes in the long-distance race are determined according to the number of participants. It may be necessary to enter the wheel diameter here. The common sizes are noted in the selection list. If necessary, further information can be given under comments. |
LD Class | Here the typical classes for endurance racing are offered for selection. Depending on the number of participants, the classes can be combined or divided. |
Remarks | Additional information can be entered under Remarks. For example, hints for a possible squadron composition are useful here. Accommodation can also be requested. |
Description of input columns for competition registration
Function | Description |

Adds a new participant to the event. The new line appears in input mode and can be edited directly. After all the required information has been entered, the line can be saved. | |
The marked/selected line in the list switches to edit mode for editing. The input mode can also be activated by double-clicking in the line. Existing information can be changed or supplemented. As soon as all fields are filled in correctly, you can save. | |
Deletes the line marked/selected in the list. Attention, the deleted data cannot be recovered. If a participant was accidentally deleted, all information must be entered again | |
Once all entries have been made, the line can be saved with the new or changed participant data. At the same time, the entries are checked. Incorrect fields are marked in red and must be corrected in order to save. | |
This button exits the editing module for the current line. Any changes made will be discarded. | |
The list of participants is saved in Excel format as a download and can be used locally. | |
Export the participant list in CSV format. The data is comma separated in the file and is stored locally in the download directory. | |
